Schedule: Training takes place for U7-U19 (ages 6-18) starting on the first Sunday of January and ends typically on the last Sunday in March. Training is once a week on Sundays for 1 and ½ hours.

Location: New Milford High School Gym
Focus: Our main focus is to build on individual foot skills and movement with the ball. A typical session will include 15-30 minute warm-up, then 30 minute drills, followed by a game. All players are welcomed to join but at times will be separated by skill level to enhance development of players.
Equipment: All players should come with shin guards and plenty of water. Ball size is dependent on age (U7-U8-Size 3, U9-U12-Size 4, U13-U19-Size 5 Soccer Ball). Cleats are not allowed in the gym so players can either wear indoor soccer shoes or sneakers.
