Travel Refunds
- Any player that requests a refund Before August 1st (Fall Season and before March 1st (Spring season) is eligible for 100% refund Minus $10 administrative fee
-Any refund requested after August 1st and March 1st and is before the first practice of the respective season, is eligible for a 50% refund.
-Any refund requested after the first practice of either season will not be eligible for a refund
In House refunds
-Any refunds requested before the 1st day of the season will be eligible for 100% refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
-There will be no refunds after the first session
Winter Training
-Any refunds requested before the 1st day of the season will be eligible for 100% refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
-There will be no refunds after the first session
-Medical exceptions- Any player injured during the season may be eligible for a prorated refund and will need to be approved by the SCNM Board.
