Referees: 

• Recertify for next year ASAP
• Overall good turnout with Refs at all games

Boys:

• 2 teams undefeated

Girls:

• Most teams in good standing
• Sirens have 22 on roster due to late registrations.  Possible 2 teams going forward?

In-House:

• 4 weeks in- rain outs to make up
• 24 U4/U5, 50 U6, 55 U8
• Move to Wednesdays at HS due to rainouts?

Finance:

• $10,509 in checking
• $4,000 in savings
• Still have to pay Carlos (about $6000) 
• In-House shirts paid
• Referees are the biggest expense
• Tournament paid
• Expecting payment from CT Rush tournament

Fields:

• Games moved from Carlson to Home Depot due to rain
• Permit to HS for winter training

Next Board Meeting Date: 

• Christmas Pizza Party at Vicki and Ian’s 
• Pick a date mid November

Important Dates:

• Registration needs to be set up
• Fall Season ends Nov. 19^th
• Jan. 7, 2024 Winter Training begins
• Spring Registration is Jan. 14^th
• NW District Banquet in January- 2 teams going?

Winter Training:

• We do it (Vicki, James, Nelson) or Hire someone?  
• John Murphy for HS?
• Age groups: U15-19, U11-U13, U7-U10
• U6? Should we open it up?
• Sunday nights 4-8:30 both gyms at the HS

Spring Registration:

• Opens Jan. 14

NW/SW Sports Connect

• Coaches are having issues with reporting scores

Website: 

• Keeping minutes up to date
• Page vs document instead

CT RUSH Tournament:

• Expecting $500-600 check
• Garbage needs to be picked up from SNIS

Uniforms:

• About 30 people without uniforms past the 5 week delivery wait
• No updates since August
• Any emails we get Nelson forwards to our REP
• Some people get updates
• Some are looking for refunds
• People updating us every Monday if uniforms are received 
• VP of Sales called Eileen-not helpful at all.  38 orders are missing
• No uniforms are us as a club-can’t ask parents to pay for pictures and we can’t fundraise
• Something needs to be done to the kids/parents to compensate for no uniforms: free winter training? 50% off tuition for Spring? $100 off for Spring?
• Can’t end using Capelli since we just went with them
• Maybe order bulk uniforms going forward?
• For now, offer Free winter training to those 38 missing uniforms
• Spring High School teams-black practice shirt through Lanie.  Order in bulk?

CT CUP:

• 2 teams in U15 girls and U15 boys in Quarter Finals

Fundraiser:

• No travel pics for Fall-push to Spring
• In House Oct. 28^th 

In House: 

• Steve is stepping down as Coordinator 

Sponsorship:

• Set up Venmo
• Pizza at All Aboard
• Raise money to Pie a Coach
• Polar Bear Plunge for coaches by Nov. 11th
